Jenson Button won his first race for McLaren in Australia.

Wearing the No.1 on the car in his first season with the team in 2010, after securing the

championship with Brawn the year before. Button was the first to react to the changing

conditions on a damp but drying track when he pitted for slicks, which lifted him

to second place after starting fourth on the grid. He inherited the lead when Vettel

retired with mechanical problems and maintained his lead

to the end, without changing his tyres again.
